During your visit to MUD 2009, you may choose to dine with other conference participants during two catered meals. Both must be selected in advance with your registration.
Friday Lunch
The first is a Friday lunch featuring Gerald Youngblood, K5SDR, President of FlexRadio Systems who will be discussing software defined radio architectures. Food for the event must be selected in advance from the following menu:
Grilled Chicken Wrap
Grilled, herb marinated chicken breast, shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes and pesto mayonnaise wrapped in a spinach tortilla
Deli Sandwich
Sliced ham, roasted turkey, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese,
Shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes on a whole wheat roll

Saturday Banquet
As is the tradition, MUD 2009 will end with a banquet on Saturday night. MUD hosts will make brief comments regarding the conference and then awards and prizes will be presented. The meal for the banquet must be requested in advance and consists of:

Herb Grilled Chicken - Grilled boneless breast of chicken served with a tomato basil relish
Roasted Sliced Sirloin - Roasted sirloin, sliced and served with a mushroom demi glace

Warm rolls and butter
